Sample Success Story: Asylum Granted to Lin & Valdez Client

One day after the Independence Day of 2012, On July 5 the USCIS Asylum Office granted asylum to a Lin & Valdez client as a result of an interview in the asylum office a week ago.

This case involves a unique situation.  The approval to the application brought extreme ecstasy to our client.

Our client in this case suffered severe discrimination and persecution since the client was born an illegitimate child in a conservative society.  Throughout the clients life, in education, and in daily interaction with neighbors, school teachers and schoolmates, the client was discriminated and was inflicted tremendous mental anguish because of the family history.  The unfair treatment even extended to the child of our client.  The client was also persecuted because of a violation of a national policy.

Upon evaluating this matter, Attorney Stewart Lin believes that this client can seek asylum on political ground and as a member of a particular social group.  After submitting the application, Attorney Stewart Lin also accompanied the client to the asylum interview.  After an emotional interview, the asylum office granted our clients asylum application.

Attorneys at Lin & Valdez have represented hundreds of aliens in all kinds of proceedings in asylum office and immigration court.  We represent clients in all immigration courts of Texas, and Louisiana.  We also represent clients in immigration courts in Michigan, California, etc.  Our attorneys have also represented clients in various levels of appeal and obtained tremendous success in the appeals.  Please contact us immediately if you need representation in immigration court and in BIA or other appealing proceeding.  As we have always said, the help you need is just a click away!
