Success Story: E-2 Premium Application for a Switzerland Client Approved in 4 Days

On December 21, 2006, we received an E-2 premium process approval granted by the USCIS on December 15, 2006 for our client who is a Switzerland national.  The client invests in a gas station/convenience store in New York State.  It is another example of our perfect long-distance representation of a client who we have never met, but has become friends.

There is a twist in the application process of this case.

When the client first retained us, he was hoping to go back to Switzerland to apply for E-2 visa directly.  To help him achieve that goal, we set our eyes in the visa processing in the US consulate at Bern.  However, on December 8, 2006, our client advised us that he had changed mind, wanted to stay in the US to oversee the investment at this crucial juncture and needed to apply for premium process ASAP.  He also needs to have the USCIS approval for liquor license application.  As such, we worked overtime on his case in the weekend of December 9, 2006, filed the petition on December 11, 2006, and the case was approved on December 15, 2006.

Lin & Valdez has long established and proud itself as a premier business and employment-based (EB category) immigration law firm.  As a matter of fact, majority of our clients are from either business referral or outside of Texas nowadays.  Our European clients like the way we communicate with them, and trusted our representation of them.  If you are from an E-Treaty country and like to come to the US to operate a business, please contact us right now.  The best help you can get, as we always say, is just a click away!
