Success Story: NIW Approved for Molecular Biologist with a Master Degree

On June 29, 2009, a National Interest Wavier application Lin & Valdez LLP filed for one of our clients was approved by the USCIS.  This case is approved without receiving any request for additional evidence from the USCIS and it continues our peerless success record in this category of application.

For this petition, attorney Stewart Lin wrote a 23-page petition letter to lay out in detail the qualification of our client.  Out client in this case is a molecular biologist for a hospital with a medical research institute at one of the Northeastern states.

It is worth mentioning that our client in this case has only a master of science degree.  Besides, he has only three peer-reviewed publications, and he is the first author for just one of the papers.  Nevertheless, after reviewing our client’s C.V. and talking with our client, Attorney Stewart Lin found that our client actually played a very important supporting role in the liver research project of the institute, and the finding in his research actually paved ways for other researchers.  Hence, we focused on this part of our client’s case, and convinced the USCIS that our client deserves the approval to the NIW petition.  We are glad that the USCIS sees the merits of our petition and agree with us in the importance of our client’s research

Over the years Lin & Valdez has established an extremely high success rate in EB-1 and NIW applications.  Please contact us immediately if you are thinking about applying for NIW or EB-1.  We will give you our thought to the chance of your application.  As we always say, the best help you need is just a click away!
