Success Story: L-1A Petition Approved for an International Art-Craft Trading Company

On March 20, 2010, we received an approval notice from the USCIS for an L-1A (Manager of international company) application we filed for a US company for its manager.

Our client in this case is an international company from China in the trading business of art-craft and home-deco merchandizes.  The beneficiary of the petition is herself the majority shareholder of the overseas parent company.  In addition to the parent company in China, the group also has affiliations in other countries.  For the purpose of expanding the US market, the majority shareholder decided to come to head the operation here.

Even though the US subsidiary is a newly incorporated entity, the company, however, has already hired local employees in its staff.  For the processing of this case, the USCIS requests our client to send in photos of its operation and interior and exterior of the business premises.  The petition is approved in 25 days after we filed it.

Over the years, we have filed many L-1A and L-1B petitions for our clients around the world.  If your company is a parent or subsidiary company of a foreign company, and you wish to apply for managerial personnel or foreign employee with special knowledge, please contact us.  The help you need, as we always say, is just a click away.
