On February 10, 2011, Department of Labor certified a PERM Labor Certification Lin & Valdez filed for a school for the position of instructional coordinator. This case was filed on January 6, 2011. It was not audited by the Department of Labor and was approved without encountering any problem.
The employer of this case is an elementary school. This is for an EB-2 case as the requirement of this position is for a person with at least a master’s degree. The approval of this case continued our success record in application for labor certification.
Since April and May of 2008, the Department of Labor has heightened the frequency of auditing labor certification cases. As such, compliance with the DOL regulations in the preparation of the cases is a must. Also, experience is extremely important as the process is highly technical and many aspects of the application must be clearly thought out before filing.
