Our legal assistant Jane Lee is originally from Taiwan who came to the United States when she was 17. She received her undergraduate degree in Micro Biology from University of Texas in Austin and later attended University of Texas Dental School in Houston.

Ms. Lee has been working with Attorney Stewart Lin since 2001, and witnessed the growth of the office from Stewart Lin & Associates to Lin & Valdez, LLP. Her duties at Lin & Valdez mainly include helping attorneys handle immigration cases, especially employment-based cases. She also oversees the daily activities of the office, and makes sure the office run smoothly to achieve the highest quality of client-attorney relationship. Previously, Ms. Lee worked for Jones & Young, LLP as office manager and legal assistant from 1999-2001.

Helping people has always been a passion of Ms. Lee. The experience of working with the attorneys at Lin & Valdez has greatly lifted Ms. Lee’s horizon in the areas of assisting people solve their legal problems and helping clients obtain their immigration status. Ms. Lee is fluent in Chinese and English, and she is happily married for 8 years. In her spare time, Ms. Lee enjoys outing and spending time with her 2 adorable sons.
